What to do if you lose something on an HCT Group red bus

If you have lost something whilst travelling on an HCT Group London red bus, please use the following details

If you've left something behind

For items lost on routes 26, N26, 309, 388, 394, W5, W12 & W13 Please contact Ash Grove on 020 7275 2454 and ask for red bus lost property (24hrs). Lost property is available to be collected during office hours 08:00 - 18:00 on Monday to Friday.

For items lost on routes: W11, W16, W19, 20, 385, 397 please contact our Walthamstow Avenue depot on 0203 559 5910 and ask for red bus lost property (24 hrs). Lost property is available to be collected during office hours 08:00 & 18:00 on Monday to Friday.

All lost property is normally held for a few days at our depots before being sent to Transport for London’s Lost Property Office – so please try to get in touch as soon as possible if you'd like to collect it from us.

To log an enquiry for your items with TfL, visit their website https://tfl.gov.uk/lostproperty or contact the helpline on 0343 222 1234 (08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday except bank holidays) if you require additional assistance. The office at Baker St is now closed and TfL will advise you how and where to collect your items once they notify you if they have been found.
